The real cost of staying manual

Still running your business by hand?

Still doing this manually?

  • Copying data between tools by hand
  • Chasing leads that never got followed up
  • Building reports in spreadsheets every week
  • Manually assigning tasks after every inbound form
  • Sending the same follow-up emails from scratch
  • Managing calendars through back-and-forth emails
  • Updating your CRM after every call or meeting
  • Running status checks that could be automated

We build a working prototype on your real data and test it rigorously before you commit to the full build. Typically 1–2 weeks.

03

Full Build

Architecture, integrations, testing, training, and handoff. Scoped from the sprint results, delivered by the same engineer.

The Shred Method
Paid automation engagement

GoHighLevel Automation, Reporting & Migration

Help With Automation built and tested GoHighLevel lead/calendar routing, missed-call/no-show recovery, and weekly reporting foundations for The Shred Method, then supported migration and workflow refinement. In a recorded working session, owner Adam Carroll said the weekly tracking appeared accurate “for all intents and purposes.” No revenue, ROI, booking-rate, or realized-savings result is claimed here.

Blessings Unlimited
Paid recurring implementation

Operations Systems Across GoHighLevel & ClickUp

Under a recurring paid services engagement, Help With Automation supported Blessings Unlimited with GoHighLevel setup and account support, contact cleanup and CRM organization, ClickUp task systems, calendar coordination, information organization, training, and ongoing troubleshooting. No hours-saved, ROI, revenue-lift, or fully automated single-hub outcome is claimed.

Related-party disclosure: Blessings Unlimited is operated by a member of HWA founder Dustin De Jager’s family. It is presented as documented implementation and payment evidence, not independent third-party social proof.

Founder-Led. Systems-Driven.

Founder-led automation delivery, built to scale.

Help With Automation is a specialist automation company built around one principle: every system we deliver should work reliably long after the engagement ends. We scope, prototype, build, test, document, and hand off, and we stay senior-level throughout.

Our founder, Dustin, leads every engagement from discovery through delivery. Clients get 7+ years of automation engineering experience applied directly to their operations, not delegated to a junior team or offshore resource.

Every engagement follows a clear delivery process: strategy, prototype, build, testing, documentation, and handoff. We work with your real data from day one, so what we build in the sprint is what ships in production.

Frequently asked questions

Because we don't send proposals, we build prototypes. The Feasibility Sprint is a working test of your actual automation using your real data. You are paying for engineering time that produces something tangible you can evaluate. This protects you from committing to a full build before you know it will work.

We build on GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Supabase, Notion, Airtable, and Slack, plus direct API integrations where needed. If you use something not on this list, ask us, we likely support it.

Most full builds take 4–12 weeks depending on complexity and the number of systems involved. The Feasibility Sprint (1–2 weeks) always comes first, so by the time we scope the build we have real data on how long each piece will take.

Yes. We integrate with your existing tools rather than replacing them. We confirm which connections are needed during the Feasibility Sprint before any full build begins.

If the Feasibility Sprint proves the automation isn't viable with your current data or stack, we tell you directly. You get a clear report on why, and you owe nothing beyond the sprint fee. We'd rather give you an honest answer than sell you a build that fails.

Every full build includes 30 days of post-launch support. For ongoing maintenance beyond that, we discuss it case by case, the need varies by system complexity and how much your workflows change over time.

Neither, exactly. It's a founder-led practice, Dustin scopes, builds, and delivers every project personally. There is no junior team or outsourced delivery. The person you talk to on the discovery call is the person who builds your system.

We've built systems for real estate agencies, digital marketing firms, software consultancies, financial education companies, property managers, and B2B sales teams. The automation patterns are often similar across industries, the specifics of your data and workflow are what determines fit.
