Real Automation Work

Automation that fixes the work your team keeps doing by hand.

Four examples of systems built around real sales, scheduling, outreach, and operations problems. The goal is not more software. It is fewer dropped handoffs, fewer repetitive tasks, and a business that runs more consistently.

What we have built for businesses like yours

Different industries, different tools, same idea: identify the operational bottleneck and build the smallest reliable system that removes it.

The Shred Method

Lead Follow-Up, No-Show Recovery & Reporting

Keep qualified prospects moving instead of disappearing between steps

Help With Automation built and tested GoHighLevel lead and calendar routing, missed-call and no-show recovery, weekly reporting foundations, and workflow refinements for The Shred Method. The system was designed to keep the sales process moving when a prospect missed a call, failed to book, or needed another follow-up touch. In a recorded working session, owner Adam Carroll said the weekly tracking appeared accurate “for all intents and purposes.”

EWade Detailing

Weather-Aware Appointment Protection

Catch weather problems before they turn into schedule chaos

Help With Automation built a live weather-aware scheduling system for EWade Detailing. It checks the upcoming Lynchburg forecast, scans active staff calendars, and flags booked customers when real rain, snow, or storm conditions cross the configured threshold. The system is connected to EWade’s existing GoHighLevel Rain/Snow workflow so weather-sensitive appointments can move into the owner-approval and rescheduling process instead of being handled from memory.

Scale Selling

Scalable Outbound Sales Infrastructure

Build outbound volume without making the core business domain the sending layer

Help With Automation built and verified the core GoHighLevel, Notion, and Make infrastructure for Scale Selling’s outbound system. The architecture separated CRM and pipeline management from cold-email sending, used dedicated sending infrastructure, and incorporated AI-assisted enrichment and personalization so the system could scale without turning the primary company domain into the outreach engine.

Blessings Unlimited

CRM & Operations System Across GoHighLevel and ClickUp

Replace scattered handoffs with a more consistent shared operating process

Help With Automation supported recurring paid implementation work across GoHighLevel, ClickUp, calendar and task systems, information organization, training, and troubleshooting. The work brought CRM organization, task management, coordination, and operating documentation into a more consistent process instead of leaving every handoff to live in a different place.

Related-party disclosure: Blessings Unlimited is operated by a member of HWA founder Dustin De Jager’s family. It is included as documented implementation work, not independent third-party social proof.

The pattern behind the work

Start with the bottleneck, not the tool.

We look for the point where leads stall, schedules break, information gets copied by hand, or the owner has to remember what happens next. Then we build around that problem.

Keep leads from dying between calls, calendars, and follow-up.
Turn recurring decisions and handoffs into repeatable workflows.
Connect the tools you already use before adding unnecessary software.
Your Workflow

Bring us the workflow you are tired of babysitting.

If a process keeps wasting time, losing follow-up, or depending on you remembering the next step, show it to us. We will tell you what is worth automating and what is not.
