The Exploration Milestone: A Project-Based Automation Roadmap
Most agency projects drag on for months. "Scope creep" sets in, emails get lost, enthusiasm wanes, and momentum dies. We hate that.
At Help With Automation (HWA), we operate on a project-based model built around a paid Exploration Milestone. AI is non-deterministic. Until we test your real data, nobody can responsibly guarantee a fixed price or outcome. So we validate first.
We believe in radical transparency. Here is exactly what happens through our three phases when you engage with us.
Phase 1: Discovery Call (Qualification)
We do not write a line of code yet. The most expensive mistake in automation is building the wrong thing. We qualify fit, define success criteria, and confirm data readiness.
What We Do
- Clarify goals, constraints, and desired outputs.
- Confirm data availability and access.
- Define success metrics for feasibility.
- Align on Exploration Milestone scope.
Your Deliverable
A clear success criteria document and Exploration Milestone plan. You decide whether to proceed to the paid prototype.
Phase 2: Exploration Milestone (Paid Prototype)
We build a working prototype using your real data. We test inputs and outputs, then validate results using Cosine Similarity (0.85+) to ensure the AI performs to spec.
Feasibility Proof: You receive validation scores, a feasibility report, and a roadmap for the full build based on measured results.
Phase 3: Full Build (Execution)
Once feasibility is proven, we execute the full system as a project build based on the validated roadmap and agreed metrics.
- Automation architecture and integrations
- QA, training, and launch readiness
- Delivery aligned to success criteria
This phase is built on proof, not promises. You invest in a full build only when the prototype meets the validation threshold.
The Validation Standard
We are so confident in this methodology that we hold every Exploration Milestone to a measurable threshold. If the Cosine Similarity score does not meet 0.85+, we do not recommend a full build.
You pay for proof, not guesses.
